Luis Figueroa is the founder and CEO of Gold Bridge Group, LLC. He helps Corporate Executives with scaling plans to discover real estate investment & development strategies by focusing on personalized solutions, enabling his clients to succeed in the Orlando, Miami, and Dubai real estate markets.  

His more notable accomplishments are the strategies he helped develop when he was the Regional Director in Florida for PRFAA (Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration - Government of Puerto Rico) which resulted in obtaining more than 250 million dollars in federal funds for the Government of Puerto Rico in 2017-2018. Subsequently, he has diligently worked with more than 25 businesses successfully relocating to Florida and has made numerous financial contributions to rural schools in Guatemala.   

Luis holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering & an MBA in Int'l Business from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and an M.Sc. (Master of Science) in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
