Maverick PAC (MavPAC) is the premier national network for conservative young professionals. We are next generation leaders working together to build a pragmatic, conservative future for America. 

Representing a wide variety of industries, we strengthen relationships between young professionals in the private sector and those running for federal office. Maverick PAC supports House and Senate candidates who share our vision and champion practical solutions to address our country’s most pressing issues. 

MavPAC and its local chapters host events across the U.S. where members engage elected officials, business executives, and other thought leaders. For many, a MavPAC event is their first foray into the political arena.  

Throughout our nearly twenty-year history, numerous MavPAC members have gone on to serve at the highest levels of government. Alumni include Governor Ron DeSantis (FL), Senator Ted Cruz (TX), Representatives Elise Stefanik (NY-21), French Hill (AR-2), Mike Gallagher (WI-8), Mike Waltz (FL-6), Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11), Tony Gonzales (TX-23), and Wesley Hunt (TX-38), as well as former Congressmen Carlos Curbelo (FL-26) and Will Hurd (TX-23).

MavPAC’s origins trace back to President George W. Bush’s 2004 campaign, which aimed to engage young business leaders via its Maverick bundling program. A group of Texas Mavericks, including Ted Cruz, formed Maverick PAC to further the group’s mission. In 2009, George P. Bush and Jay Zeidman oversaw a nationwide launch that established chapters in more areas of the country.
