Connor Coleman

Connor Coleman serves as the Associate Director of Global Government Relations at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the primary financial market infrastructure for the securities industry. Connor represents the interests of DTCC before U.S. Congress and federal bodies and specializes in policy issues including, clearing and settlement, market structure, digital assets, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging financial technology issues. Connor also works to develop DTCC PAC’s internal and external strategies and represents DTCC at PAC, political and industry engagements. 

Prior to joining DTCC, Connor worked at Abernathy MacGregor where he provided public and private organizations with public affairs and advocacy support as well as, political, legislative, and regulatory services. Connor also worked in Government Relations at the Bank Policy Institute, advancing legislative priorities on behalf of the world’s leading banks.

Connor earned his B.S. in Political Science and Sociology and his Masters in Public Policy Analysis from Jacksonville University.
