Ashley Becker

Ashley Becker leads a EY wavespace team that has produced 1,800+ innovation sessions since 2016 in New York and across the Americas where she works closely with top leadership of Fortune 500 companies in evaluating their business potential and developing strategies across all business sectors to achieve short- and long-term goals. Her focus in this position is to confront business challenges and motivate key stakeholders and leadership to collaborate in implementing initiatives that benefit the organization’s enterprise. Ashley leads regular sessions with executive leadership in developing strategies that combine business best practices with cutting edge technology to drive business growth and productivity.

Ashley is the Co-Chair of the Women in the AFCEA International, President of the NY AFCEA Founders Chapter, Member of the AFCEA International Governance Committee, and Member of the AFCEA International Nominating Committee. Additionally, she is the Co-Chair of the NY MAVPAC chapter. Ashley’s awards and honors include the AFCEA International Diversity Award (2021), General James M. Rockwell AFCEAN of the Year Award (2017), Emerging Leadership AFCEA Award, (2017), Distinguished Young AFCEAN (DYA) International Award (2013), Absolute Personal Best recipient from Booz Allen Hamilton, Medal of Honor Convention Award from the Medal of Honor Society recognizing excellent event management skills achieved and demonstrated by the Medal of Honor Boston Convention (2007). She received her MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and received her BA, Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
