Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Robert has lived in Washington D.C., and Barcelona, Spain. However, he now resides full-time in Delray Beach, FL. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. He also has a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Robert M. Keiser currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of the Graduate School for Keiser University. In this role, he manages all operations and key performance areas of the graduate and international programs for Keiser University. His experience with Keiser University includes working as a financial aid officer, student services coordinator, Associate Dean, media and public relations member, governmental relations member, a member of library services, and a grievance committee advisor. Robert M. Keiser currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of Southeastern College, a role in which he provides strategic direction, council to the current Executive Director, and board leadership. He has previously served as the Executive Director and Campus President of Southeastern College’s West Palm Beach Campus. During his tenure as Executive Director, Keiser led multiple successful visits for institutional and programmatic accreditation, launched programs including but not limited to multiple ACEN accredited R.N. programs, LPN programs, and BSN programs, delivered student population growth for five consecutive years, and helped Southeastern earn multiple awards such as Sun-Sentinel’s Top Workplaces for 2020 for organizational culture. His experience with Southeastern College also includes being an admissions counselor.

Robert Keiser is an owner and operator of a Primrose early learning center. Primrose was the first educational childcare company to receive accreditation from the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS CASI) Council on Accreditation and School Improvement, two prestigious associations recognized as the gold standard in evaluating high schools, colleges, and universities.

Robert volunteers his time to serve as a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Center for Nursing (FCN). The Florida Center for Nursing is a state workforce center established in Florida statute (F.S. 464.0195) to recommend strategies to balance the supply and demand of Florida's nursing workforce. He also serves as the past president of Florida’s Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC). Keiser also previously supported the Florida Department of Education via his service on the Rules and Accreditation Committees for the Commission of Independent Education (CIE).

Robert has been honored as an emerging leader in South Florida and nationally within post-secondary education. Robert was named a top 20 leader in American career education for 2022 by Career Education Review. He has also received 40 under 40 awards from Cystic Fibrosis Fort Lauderdale and the South Florida Business Journal. He has also been named as a “Tomorrow’s Leader in 2023” by Cystic Fibrosis. In addition, Robert Keiser has been published multiple times in Career Education Review and by Career Education Colleges and Universities. He has been the guest of honor on the EdUp Experience and the Higher Ed Podcast due to his knowledge of higher education leadership.
