Nicole Desiree Valls is VP of Operations and Public Relations Director for Valls Group Inc. and Global Miami Joint Ventures. She oversees all aspects of the company’s restaurant operations which include Versailles Cuban Restaurant, La Carreta Cuban Restaurant chain, La Palma Restaurant, upscale Spanish Restaurant Casa Juancho and various concessions at Miami International Airport. Nicole, among other things, is responsible for handling day to day operations, employee relations and implementing “best in class” practices. She has been involved with the opening of over a handful of restaurants from the time she started working to now.   

Ms. Valls was born and raised in Miami and is actively involved in the community. Since 2009, Nicole serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Amigos for Kids, a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to child abuse prevention. She served as the organizations chair from 2017-2020. Additionally, she is a host committee member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s South Florida Chapter’s Gala Luncheon since 2008. In 2011, Nicole became a “Friend of St. Jude” and a Host Committee Member for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital “It’s All About the Kids” Young Professionals Gala. Nicole has also served as a member of Senator Rubio’s Regional Service Academy Nomination Board. 

Ms. Valls has served as the Maverick PAC Miami Chapter Co-Chair since 2013 and a Future 40 winner in 2015. 

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Organization from the University of Miami.
