Justin is a Principal at Merrimack Potomac + Charles, a strategic advisory firm specializing in corporate strategy and communications. He has worked at the intersection of business and politics for the last decade with corporations, non-profits, and industry trade organizations.

Griffin is also a Partner in real estate development firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Previously, Justin worked as the Managing Director of a public-private partnership between Google and the University of Southern California. The initiative brought together civic organizations, elected officials, tech executives, and journalists to discuss and amplify best practices in cybersecurity. The effort was recognized as the best Civic Education Resource by Campaigns and Elections in 2020. In 2018, Justin worked as Director of Finance for Governor Charlie Baker and Lt. Governor Karyn Polito’s successful 2018 reelection effort. Following the election, Griffin worked as a Senior Advisor on the Governor’s inaugural committee. In 2012, Griffin worked as a Political Director for the Massachusetts Republican Party.

Justin is the Founder of the Bipartisan Cause for a Cure, a fundraising organization associated with the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. In 2021, Justin was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to the Board of Directors of MassVentures, the Commonwealth’s public-private venture capital firm. Justin received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
