Mr. Roosevelt is the founder of A.R. International Consulting, LLC, a cybersecurity firm supporting the U.S. Federal Government. Mr. Roosevelt provides consulting services to 14 components and 13 Offices at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Prior to this role, Mr. Roosevelt was the Republican Nominee for the Virginia House of Delegates in 2017 where he faced the Democrat Minority Whip of the VA House of Delegate. He is a decorated Army combat veteran who served two (2) tours in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom Sentinel. His awards include: 2 Army Commendations, 4 Army Achievement Medals, 1 Joint Service Commendation Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal -Campaign Star, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal and the North Atlantic Treaty Medal. Mr. Roosevelt has worked with NATO forces as an advisor to the Ministry of Defense on Cyber and has provided subject matter expertise to several customers.

 He received his Undergraduate from Trident University International in Information Technology Management and a graduate degree in Cybersecurity Policy from University of Maryland University College. He is currently enrolled at Harvard Business School for Disruptive Strategy.
