Bettina Inclán is the Executive Director of RightNOW, a national women’s empowerment nonprofit organization. She is also the Founder and President of Mira Mira Strategies. Bettina is a seasoned communications and political strategist, bringing over a decade of experience in government, media relations, coalition building, public affairs and grassroots mobilization.
Bettina has held senior roles on Capitol Hill, the Republican National Committee (RNC), and at National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) where she previously helped lead women’s engagement efforts at the committee. Bettina has worked on multiple political campaigns and with elected officials across the country including Mitt Romney for President, Florida Governor Rick Scott and Michigan Governor Rick Snyder. She has provided strategic intelligence and crisis communications to some of the nation’s top companies and Silicon Valley firms. She is recognized for her expertise in mobilizing women, Hispanics, and under-served communities and is the former Executive Director of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.
Latina Magazine named her one of the top six Latino Players in the 2012 Presidential Race. In 2014, she was featured in Cosmo for Latina’s 2014 Power Issue.
She has provided political commentary on news outlets like MSBNC, FOX News, CNN, PBS, Al Jazeera America, Univision and international news stations. She formerly co-hosted a political radio show on Sirius XM satellite radio.
The Miami, Florida native graduated from Florida International University. She is married to Jarrod Agen and is a mother of two young boys. Bettina is the proud daughter of a Cuban exile and a Mexican immigrant.
