After several years of federal and state government experience in D.C., Jordan returned to her home state of Arkansas in October 2016 to serve as the Deputy Director of Scheduling for Governor Asa Hutchinson. Previously, she worked on the Government Affairs team at BGR Group and between 2012-2014 was the Legislative Correspondent and Assistant for Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3). In her free time, Jordan volunteers with patients at Arkansas Children's Hospital; serves on the 2017 Woman of Inspiration Committee benefiting Child Advocacy Centers in Arkansas; and is a Maverick PAC Chapter Leader.

Jordan graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing Management and Economics. She resides in Little Rock with her beloved rescue dog, Georgia.
