Lauren Bryan is a nationally respected fundraiser with extensive experience at the Republican National Committee (RNC), Republican Governors Association (RGA), National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) and National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).
She currently serves as National Fundraising Director for Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy. In that role she’s leading the Leader’s historic fundraising efforts: raising $23 million in just the first quarter of 2019 and more than $40 million in the 2018 cycle. She supports his campaign, fellow members of the GOP caucus and the National Republican Congressional Committee. Lauren also serves as a consultant to the Congressional Leadership Fund.
Before joining McCarthy’s team, Lauren served as a Regional Finance Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. In 2015, Lauren worked as a Regional Finance Director for Right to Rise, helping break SuperPAC fundraising records raising in excess of $100 million, before transitioning to the Jeb 2016 presidential campaign covering the Western Region. In the 2014 cycle, Lauren worked alongside 34 winning gubernatorial campaigns, serving as the Deputy Director of Recruitment at the Republican Governors Association and helping raise more than $110 million.
Beginning in 2010, she served in a variety of fundraising roles at the Republican National Committee including fundraising assistant to the Chairman, Team 100 program and the Romney Victory efforts.
A native of Northern Virginia, Lauren headed south to the University of South Carolina where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies. Following graduation, she returned home and resides in Washington, DC.
