Sean Doolan

Doolan is the lead energy specialist and account manager at JP Sales Company, a business development firm focused on strategic planning, advisory services, and administering the marketing and sales agenda for their principal companies. Prior to JP, Doolan worked for Mainstream Renewable Power in the Los Angeles and Chicago offices, where he served as a Development Executive focusing on new business growth and marketing opportunities. Before Mainstream Renewable Power, Doolan served as an analyst at EnvaPower, a market intelligence firm that supported various financial institutions and utilities with their electricity futures trading activities, based in Boston.
Doolan is currently serving as chair for Young Professionals for Hoekstra, a state-wide organization that identifies and mobilizes support for Pete Hoekstra, former Congressman and current U.S. Senate candidate.
Doolan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in his hometown of Ann Arbor, MI. Go Blue!
Jeffrey Schostak

Jeffrey Schostak graduated from Cranbrook Kingswood in 2001 and received his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2005 in General Studies and a Business Certificate. Jeff worked for Urban Retail Properties, a commercial real estate development and management firm headquartered in Chicago, from summer 2005 until fall 2010. Jeff focused on retail leasing and acquisitions; where he was responsible for securing a portfolio of retail real estate for the company valued at nearly $200MM. Mr. Schostak has experience in political fundraising as well; notably helping to raise money for Sen. John McCain’s presidential run as well as a Young Professional Co-Chair for Governor Snyder’s Gala in March of 2012. He returned to Michigan in the fall of 2010, and became the first member of the fourth generation of his family to join Schostak Brothers & Company Inc, where he is the Director of Corporate Real Estate Services. Jeffrey was named one of L. Brooks Patterson Elite 40 Under 40 in 2012. Jeffrey is currently a Detroit Historical Society Trustee, Hospice of Michigan SE Regional Board member, and Mitten Men member.
Charlie Secchia
Charlie Secchia has been an influential business professional for nearly 20 years and is a proven leader with experience in multiple fields. He has built relationships and developed businesses in countries all over the world. Among his strengths, Charlie is very comfortable with technology, is fluent in Italian, and also speaks some Spanish and Russian.
Charlie got his start in 1993 when he joined International Shipping Company Luigi Serra S.P.A. After honing his sales and Italian language skills, he moved on to IFusion, Inc. of New York City in 1996 where he developed his strong understanding of technology and worked in the International Sales Department. He then moved on to LEAR Corporation of Torino, Italy, Detroit, Michigan and Nizhny Novgorod, Russia where he became Business Development Manager, GAZ Project Manager, and International Purchasing Manager. He managed customer relationships with clients on multiple continents, managed the Global Sales Department in Italy, and ran LEAR’s venture in Russia with 650 employees.
After five successful years at LEAR, he became Owner and Manufacturer’s Representative of Secchia Ltd. based out of Rome, Italy. At Secchia, he managed all aspects of customers’businesses in Italy and represented American and foreign interior automobile component manufacturers in dealings with Italy’s largest car producer.
In 2008, he moved on to become owner and partner of Attico Ventures, LLC & Sibsco, LLC. Attico is a company based in Grand Rapids, MI that deals with property management, commercial real estate investment and asset management. In recent years, Charlie has been appointed to many economic and finance committees, including the Economic Club of Grand Rapids Executive and Membership Committees and Board of Directors. He also served as the Western Michigan Vice Chairman for the Rick Snyder for Michigan Committee.
Charlie helped preserve and restore many historical artifacts in Luxor, Egypt through the Egyptology and Archeology Department of the University of Chicago. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy in 1993 with a major in International Affairs. His hobbies include history/archeology, collecting ancient coins, traveling, and playing soccer.
Rob Tiede

Rob Tiede is a transportation industry executive. His scope of experience includes automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural machines, construction equipment, defense, aerospace, marine and recreational vehicles at the OEM and Tier levels. He has been expatriated to Europe, Asia and Latin America. His educational background includes a BBA at the University of Tennessee with a year abroad in Spain, a MCP from Cornell University and Executive Education at the Stanford University Center for Professional Development. He is extremely active in philanthropic board service, GOP politics at the leadership level involving local, state and federal matters, Freemasonry, government and military service, as well as church endeavors. He holds a variety of professional certifications and association memberships. He sits on several corporate boards and advisory committees and holds equity stakes in several businesses. He has been engaged with such firms as Deloitte, PwC, IHS Global Insight and Eurasia Group, among others.
