MavPAC Announces Second Round of Campaign Donations
July 16, 2012Young Professional Republican PAC Disperses $29,000 in Second Wave of Donations
Washington, D.C. (July 16, 2012) – Maverick PAC (MavPAC) has released their second round of donations that will be sent to various key Republican Congressional, Senate and Presidential campaigns to aid in garnering support for the upcoming elections. The PAC will disperse $29,000 to republican entities in the following increments:
- Mitt Romney for President will receive $5,000.
- Steve Southerland for Congress, Adam Hasner for Congress, Tom Cotton for Congress, Mia Love for Congress, Abel Maldonado for Congress, Richard Tisei Congressional Committee and Dean Heller for Senate will each receive $2,500.
- George Allen for Senate, Daniel Webster for Congress and David Rouzer for Congress will each receive $1,500.
- Sean Duffy for Congress and Rick Snuffer for Congress will each receive $1,000.
To date, MavPAC has donated a total of $58,500 to various candidates.

MavPAC was founded in 2005 after the successful Bush Cheney re-election campaign, and is led by co-chairs George P. Bush and Jay Zeidman. They are leading an aggressive outreach campaign to garner support amongst other next-generation republicans to elect public officials that will achieve key outcomes for the Republican Party.
